Here is an example of two research packs which include many of the thoughts and ideas discussed by the Year 6 children during our WW2 topic. You will notice that this history topic on WW2 branches into our RE topic on Judaism. You will also find that a video of the children taking part in a Socratic Slam debate (on the reasons why Hitler came to power) has also been included. It is worth watching the videos to see the way the children's knowledge of Hitler's rise to power has been used to reinforce their arguments in the debate.  

2014-2015

This is an example of the final research completed by one of the Year 6 children on their WWII topic. The research has been compiled on a Google site. The Google site was set-up and produced independently by the child. All Year 6 children use Google sites as a forum to display their WWII work.
